Return Policy
INGCO is committed to making our customers satisfied through the whole process of every purchase. In order to get your rights fully protected and enjoy a satisfactory shopping experience, please read the details of this Return and Refund Policy below.
1.1Â 7-Return Policy

*If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please create a return within 48 hours of switching on the device. Returning post 48 hours may result in your return being rejected.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: if it’s a damaged/defective product incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

1.2. Successful return is subject to the following conditions being met:
Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product’s original packaging/freebies and accessories).
The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).

| Undamaged Product | The product (including accessories,charging port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. |
| Undamaged Packaging | The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. |

**Opening Video of the parcel for the first time ismandatory in both the scenerios otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange/refund
Please reach out to INGCO customer support through indiaservice@ingco.com to initiate a return. Please provide the order number, photos of the product and opening video. INGCO support will share the corresponding return address with you. (Note: Buyer is responsible for contacting carrier for return.)
1.3 Return & Refund Flow:
Step 1. Initiate a return/refund application on the order details page;
Step 2. Submit proof of documentation (contact customer service by phone/email/WhatsApp, provide video & images that shows Damaged, Defective, Item not as described);
Step 3. Ingco aftersale service team review (within 24 hours);
Step 4. Contact the logistics yourself to return the goods and upload your return tracking ID number in the your return order details;
Step 5. Ingco aftersale service team review (within 24 hours);
Step 6. Issue a refund (3-5 working days).

Refund Policy
1. Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-5 business days.
2.  For COD orders, please submit your bank account for refund. For online payment orders, the payment will be returned to you by the original method.
Note: Shipping Costs
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning and replacing the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
**If the goods received are damaged or wrong, which is caused by the seller, the buyer does not need to bear the shipping cost for the return. Buyers are not charged a restocking fee when returning.
