Order Processing
We only ship to the India.
We process orders within 48Hours business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Successfully placed orders will receive a call from our service team to confirm the order details, please keep you phone available . If you do not receive a call, please check your phone or whatsapp.
**Please ensure all your destination address information is correct. If the information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update your shipping information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order.
**If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, INGCO does not guarantee the successful update of your order’s shipping. You are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
1. Where is my stuff?
1.1. Tracking Your Package
You can find tracking information in your order details. If you place multiple orders, it may be packed as one parcel, so it may have same tracking ID.
To track your package:
Go to Your Orders.
Go to the order you want to track.
Select Track Package next to your order.
Select See all updates to view delivery updates
Note: If your package was marked as delivered and you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered.
1.2. Contact Our Courier Partners
We work with the Bluedart courier as a partner to deliver items. For more details on your order tracking and if you have an issue with your delivery, you can contact the carrier directly.

Why contact the courier?
The courier partner might have more information about the location of your order.
Ask the courier if there is more information about the location of the package.
Make sure you have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy. On Your Orders page, click Track Package for the order and the tracking ID is listed at the bottom.
1.3. Missing Tracking Information
Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered
Sometimes the delivery status is updated in advance and you may see your package marked as “delivered” even if you have not received it. It may not have been delivered yet, but it’s heading to the address you’ve selected and it will be there soon.
Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Check that if the package was accepted by either your neighbors or building security.
Wait until the end of the day (10 PM). Sometimes, the delivery agent might accidentally scan your package as delivered, while it’s still in transit.
Note: If your package was marked as delivered and you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered.
2. Shipping Speeds and Charges
The shipping address, and the delivery time of the courier at your location.
Note:
Shipping speeds cannot be expedited.
Once an order is placed, you cannot change the shipping address.
All orders are dispatched from our India warehouse within 2 working days of order placement. Your parcels will arrive within 3-10 business days after being sent out, but it depending on carrier and location availability. We apologize if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if there is any delay in shipping due to carrier services.
3. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable when our delivery associates or courier partners are unable to deliver the item to the right recipient.
A package may be undeliverable if:
Nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts.
The address given is incorrect. Always check your address before placing an order.
The recipient refused delivery.
Due to local and regional lockdowns, our ability to deliver packages is impacted in affected areas.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the courier service made a mistake and left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.
All undeliverable packages are returned to us, and we issue a full refund (if the payment is already made). Once the package is received at our fulfillment center, it will take 3 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method. Typically, packages may take up to 5-15 days to reach the fulfillment center.

Note:
Our courier partners can’t retrieve and deliver an undeliverable package, even if it is at a local courier station. If you still wish to purchase the item, place a new order.
4. Please Let Us Know Your Packaging Feedback
Concerned about a Damaged Delivery or other issues with the packaging?
While our mission is to reduce the amount of packaging required while ensuring products arrive to our customers undamaged, we recognize we don’t always get it right. If you have experienced a damaged delivery, please contact us and tell us about your experience. We’ll use information collected from your order to help assess both the quality of the item’s packaging and the choices we made about packaging solutions. We will work to improve the packaging to ensure that we are delivering a great customer experience.
5. Does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don’t have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
If you haven’t provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
6.How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “COD(Cash on Delivery)”.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.
**For all COD orders, we will only ship after your confirmation. If you do not confirm the order, we will not ship it.
Terms & Conditions:
The maximum order value for C-o-D is ₹50,000
Cash-only payment at the time of delivery.
*Please note: Every COD order needs to be paid via BLUEDART, for each COD order, we will charge an additional shipping fee. The specific amount is subject to the checkout page, and this fee will not be refunded in case of a refund.
7. Does INGCO deliver internationally?
As of now, INGCO doesn’t deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
